✓
Atmospheric Conditions: When the highest temperature is +40℃, relative humidity should not exceed 50%; higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at 20℃). Special measures should be taken for condensation due to temperature changes.
✓
Pollution Level: Level 3.
✓
Installation Category: Category III.
✓
Installation Condition: Inclination between the installation surface and vertical plane should not exceed +5°.
✓
Impact Vibration: Should be installed and used in a place without obvious shaking, impact, and vibration.
Structural features
The contact system of the contactor is direct-acting with double breakpoints. For CJ20-40A and above, auxiliary contacts are installed on both sides of the main contact as independent components, electrically separated.
CJ20-10-25A products may be installed by screws or by 35mm standard card track.
CJ20-10-16A products have double breakpoints to simply break the arc extinguishing chamber, and the rest adopt the plastic grid arc extinguishing chamber, providing high breaking capacity and high reliability.
CJ20-63~630 power saving products feature a DC general power saving module, which derives silencing energy saving or DC operated products without occupying auxiliary contacts, greatly improving product reliability and service life.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1
Can CJ20 series contactors be customized for specific applications?
Yes, all products of the company can be customized for production according to user usage scenarios and application demands.
Q2
What are the mounting options for lower-rated CJ20 contactors (10A–25A)?
CJ20-10 to CJ20-25A models provide flexible mounting capabilities; they can be installed either via standard screw mounting or mounted on a 35mm standard DIN rail (card track).
Q3
What are the standard ambient temperature and altitude limits for operation?
The contactors are engineered to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -5℃ to +40℃ (with a 24-hour average not exceeding +35℃) and at an installation altitude of not higher than 2000 meters.
Q4
What type of arc extinguishing system is used in the CJ20 series?
CJ20-10 to 16A models utilize double breakpoints to simplify arc extinguishing chamber breaking, while higher current models adopt a plastic grid arc extinguishing chamber for superior breaking capacity and reliability.
Q5
How does the DC power-saving module benefit CJ20-63 to 630A units?
The DC general power-saving module allows the derivation of silent energy-saving or DC-operated configurations without occupying auxiliary contacts, thereby maximizing operational lifespan and overall contactor reliability.
Q6
What installation inclination and vibration conditions are permitted?
The inclination between the installation surface and the vertical plane must not exceed +5°, and the installation site should be free from significant vibration, shaking, or physical impact.
