CJ12 Series and Derived CJ12Z Series AC Contactors
advantage
All products of the company can be customized for production according to user usage scenarios.
Type and meaning

Normal working conditions and installation conditions
The ambient air temperature should be -5'℃ -+40'℃ , with the average temperature of no higher than +35'℃ within 24 hours.
Altitude: not higher than 2000m.
Atmospheric conditions: when the highest temperature is +40'℃c, the relative humidity of the air should not be higher than 50%; A higherrelative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature, such as 90% under 20'c Special measures should be taken for occasional condensationdue to temperature change;
Pollution level: level 3.
Installation category: category II;
Installation condition: the inclination between the installation surface and the vertical plane should not exceed ±5°.
Impact vibration: the product should be installed and used in a place without obvious shaking, impact and vibration.
Technical parameters and performance (see Table 1);
Contactor applies to the following working systems:
8-hour working system;
Intermittent periodic working system, with a load factor of40% (4-pole and 5-pole contactors are only applicable to this working system)
Short-time working system;Sucking coil specifications:AC: 50Hz: 127V,220V,380V;DC: 110V,220V;
Action characteristics:pull-in voltage:(85%-110%)Us:
release voltage:AC(20%~75%)Us,DC(10%~75%)Us.

Notes:
1.Mechanicalendurance:no less than 1×10 times for two-pole products and noles than 1×10times for four-pole and five-pole products;
2.Electrical endurance:separately agreed by the supplier and the buyer according tothe indicators of electrical endurance of three-pole productsfor the use categories ofAC-3 and AC-4and of two-pole,four-pole and five-pole products for the use category ofAC-2;
3.For CJ12Z series DC controlled AC contactor,the maximum current specification reaches 400A,and the product body has occupied a pair of normally closed auxiliary contacts.
Structural features of the product
CJ12 series AC contactor is of open type, with the plane layout of bars. With electromagnetic system in the right, main contact in the center, andauxiliary contact in the left, it is provided with the rotatable stop gear for easy monitoring and repair.
The magnetic system of the contactor consists of U-shaped moving and static iron cores and coil. Both moving and static iron cores areequipped with buffer devices, which prolongs the service life of the product.
For CJ12Z,the DC magnetic system is adopted.
The main contact system of the contactor adopts a single breakpoint rotating structure, and is equipped with clay arc extinguishing chamberwith longitudinal slit, which has good arc extinguishing performance.
The auxiliary contact adopts bridge-type double breakpoints and is provided with the transparent protective cover. The number of normallyopen and normally closed contacts can be combined according to Table 1.
The yulnerable parts of the whole contactor are characterized by simple disassembly and easy maintenance.
