Product overview
The DF1 series limit switch is suitable for use as the stroke limit and terminal protection of the translation mechanism of mobile machinery in control lines with AC 50HZ, rated operating voltage up to 380V, and DC rated operating voltage up to 220V. It complies with the GB/T14048.5-2017 standard.
Classification and model meaning
Limit switches are divided into the following types according to different usage methods:
rod-shaped operating arm automatic reset type, referred to as rod type;
The fork-shaped operating arm is a non-automatic return type, referred to as the "also type".

Normal working conditions
a) The maximum allowable temperature does not exceed 130°C;
b) The minimum allowable temperature is not limited to -5℃;
Altitude: The altitude of the installation site does not exceed 2000m.
Pollution level: The pollution level of the limit switch is level 3 Installation category: The installation category of the limit switch is blood type.

Construction Introduction
The limit switch housing is made of die-cast aluminum, and the surface is sprayed with aluminum powder alkyd heat-resistant paint. The contact of the limit switch is disconnected by the operating arm driving the shaft to make the cam on the shaft move. The cam and the adjustment sleeve on the shaft are evenly equipped with 24 teeth on the circumference of φ26. The cam angle can be adjusted as needed to achieve the required closing procedure. When adjusting, just remove the screws on the end cover and the adjustment sleeve. The rocker arm can also be adjusted arbitrarily within 360 degrees (every 15 degrees), see Figure 1.
The protection level of the limit switch is IP44
Use and installation
