Two-stage Deviation Switch

HFKPT1-12-30 Two-stage misalignment switch

Used to detect conveyor belt deviation to prevent material spillage and other failures caused by belt deviation. This machine is widely used in transportation systems in mining, electric power and chemical industries.

When the conveyor belt deviates during operation, the belt edge belt support roller rotates and squeezes the production roller to tilt it. If the vertical tilt is greater than the first-level action angle, the product will send out a set of switch signals. If the vertical roller continues to tilt greater than the secondary action angle, another set of switch signals will be output. The two sets of switch signals are used for alarm or shutdown respectively. After the belt conveyor returns to normal operation, the vertical roller will automatically reset.

This series of deviation switches has an indication function, which brings great convenience to maintenance.

    Use and installation
