LX10 Limit switch series(ZNFO Special Series)

It is suitable for crane AC 50~60Hz; AC380V; DC220V; current 20A control circuit as the end point protection of the mechanism travel. Protection grade IP44; in line with IEC337-1, GB/T14048.5-2017 standards.

    Working conditions

    The travel switch can work reliably under the following conditions:
    The altitude does not exceed 1000m;
    The ambient medium temperature should not exceed +40℃ and not be lower than -30℃ (when the temperature is lower than -15℃); the relative humidity of the air should not be higher than 85%.
    The friction parts should be coated with non-freezing lubricating oil.
    The limit switch is suitable for working under the following conditions:
    In an environment containing gas vapor or dust that corrodes metals and insulation;
    In an environment containing conductive dust;
    Places with severe vibrations and violent ups and downs.

    Classification

    ‌The travel switch is divided into six types according to the type of operating arm:
    LX10-1□ travel switch adopts single roller lever operating arm, which is used for translation mechanism with small inertial travel.
    LX10-2□ travel switch has double roller fork lever operating arm, which is used for translation mechanism with large inertial travel.
    LX10-3 mouth type travel switch with a heavy hammer load lever operating arm, used to limit the travel of the lifting mechanism.

    The rated current, rated voltage, current category and relevant technical parameters of the limit switch are shown in Table 1.

    The switching frequency of the travel switch shall not exceed 150 times per hour.
    The mechanical life of the travel switch is not less than 1,000,000 times at an operating frequency of 400/hour.
    The maximum speed of pushing the switch operating arm shall not exceed the requirements of Table 2.

    Construction Introduction

    The casing of the travel switch is made of different materials due to different protection forms. The protective casing is made of steel plate, and the waterproof casing is made of cast iron. Its appearance is shown in Figure 1.

    A contact group (2) is installed in the travel switch housing, and the moving contact and the stationary contact thereof drive the cam on the switch shaft (4) to open and close the contacts as the operating arm (3) rotates. The positioning of the operating arm is achieved by means of a positioning member (5), a positioning spring (6), a positioning lever (7) and a roller (8).

    Use and maintenance

    The closing condition of the contact can be changed by changing the position of the cam on the shaft. When modifying, the bearing sleeve on the housing must be removed first, then the shaft is pulled out and the cam position is changed.
