On the afternoon of July 27th, the Chairman of ZNFO Co., Ltd. attended the Third General Meeting of the Second Session of the Yueqing Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Promotion Association (Yueqing Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Promotion Association) and the Labor Union and Women's Federation General Meeting, held at the Yueqing Roman Palace Hotel. Young elite members from all walks of life in Yueqing gathered to discuss development plans, witness the growth of the organization, and share a joyful time at the "Yueqing Starry Night: Eight Years of Youth" social dinner that evening, showcasing their youthful spirit.
The Vice Chairman of the Yueqing Municipal CPPCC, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Yueqing Federation of Industry and Commerce, Chairman of the Chengnan Street Trade Union of Yueqing City, Chairman of the Chengnan Street Women's Federation of Yueqing City, consultant of the Lechuang Association and former director of the Wenzhou Economic System Reform Commission, professor of the School of Marxism at Wenzhou University, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Chint Group, Master of Handicrafts in the Asia-Pacific Region and Master of Chinese Arts and Crafts, former Deputy Director of the Budget Working Committee of the Yueqing Municipal People's Congress, President of the Lechuang Association, etc. sat on the rostrum.
Secretary of the Party Committee of Delixi Group, head teacher of the CEO Class of Yueqing College of Geju Business School, Executive Vice President and Party Branch Secretary and Supervisor of Yueqing Sichuan Chamber of Commerce, Deputy Secretary-General and Secretariat of Yueqing Shifan Chamber of Commerce, Deputy Secretary-General of Zhejiang Investment and Financing Association, Chairman and Founding Partner of Shanghai Changyu Zhihe Enterprise Management Consulting Company, practical operation expert and private board meeting coach, Executive Vice President and Executive Secretary-General and Vice President of Jiaxing Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce, a brother chamber of commerce of Lechuanghui, were invited to attend the dinner.
The afternoon meeting kicked off in a solemn and warm atmosphere. Before the meeting officially began, the Lechuang Association first held the fifth meeting of the second board of directors, reviewing and approving the main agenda (draft) for the afternoon general meeting of members and the general meeting of the trade union/Women's Federation, laying a solid foundation for the smooth convening of the meeting.
This membership meeting and trade union/Women's Federation election meeting was chaired by the Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of Lechuang Association.
The subsequent members' meeting had a compact and efficient agenda:
1. Review and Summary, Looking Ahead: All members carefully listened to and reviewed the 2024 Annual Work Report of the Lechuang Association. The report comprehensively reviewed the fruitful achievements of the Lechuang Association in serving members, promoting exchanges, enabling development, and engaging in social welfare over the past year, and clearly outlined the future direction of work, which was unanimously recognized by members.
At the same time, the conference listened to and reviewed the 2024 financial work report of the Lechuang Association made by the Executive Vice President of the Lechuang Association to ensure that the operation of the association is open, transparent, standardized and orderly.
2. Injecting New Blood, Strengthening Strength: The General Assembly reviewed and voted to approve the "Draft Proposed List of New Board Members." The Executive President of the Lechuang Association read out the "Notice Regarding the Appointment of New Board Members, Vice Presidents, and Executive Vice Presidents of the Lechuang Association." The addition of a group of capable, enthusiastic, and committed young talents to the Board of Directors has injected fresh blood and strong momentum into the development of the Lechuang Association. A grand certification ceremony was then held to present certificates to the new Executive Vice President, Vice Presidents, and Board members.

3. Honoring Excellence and Setting an Example: The conference recognized individuals and groups who made outstanding contributions to the development of the Lechuang Association in 2024. Zhao Xiaoke, Executive Vice President of the Lechuang Association, read the "Notice on Honoring Outstanding Individuals of the Lechuang Association in 2023." This honor is not only a recognition of the hard work of the recipients, but also an encouragement to all members, encouraging them to continue striving for excellence.

4. Labor/Women's Federation Leadership Changes, Organizational Renewal: The meeting entered the leadership renewal phase for the Labor Union and Women's Federation. Delegates attentively listened to and reviewed the work reports of the first Labor Union Committee presented by Zheng Lemin, Executive Vice President of the Yuechuang Association and Chairman of the Labor Union, and the work report of the first Women's Federation Committee presented by Chen Haiyan, Executive Vice President and Chairman of the Women's Federation. Both reports systematically summarized the achievements and experiences of the past five years. The meeting also reviewed and approved the draft list of recommended candidates for the second Labor Union Committee and the draft list of recommended candidates for the second Women's Federation Committee. A solemn show of hands elected the new leadership teams of the Labor Union and Women's Federation. An appointment letter presentation ceremony was held on-site, and the newly elected Labor Union Chairman Zheng Lemin, Vice Chairman Zang Xiaoyun, and Women's Federation Chairperson Chen Haiyan and Vice Chairman Chen Haiying officially assumed their new positions, shouldering the important responsibility of serving member workers and women.

5. Leadership Care and Guidance: After the election, leaders from the higher-level trade union, the higher-level Women's Federation, and the responsible unit delivered important speeches. They highly praised the past work of the Lechuang Association and expressed their earnest expectations and valuable guidance for the new trade union and Women's Federation leadership teams and the future development of the Yuechuang Association.
Shang Guangli, a higher-level union leader and chairman of the Chengnan Subdistrict Union in Yueqing City, noted in his speech that today's meeting was a success, with substantial content and standardized procedures. He congratulated the union on its successful transition! The new leadership should demonstrate a new spirit and take new actions, effectively serving as a bridge and link, serving the development of members, and safeguarding their rights and interests.
Chen Zhan, a leader of the Women's Federation and chairperson of the Chengnan Subdistrict Women's Federation of Yueqing City, congratulated the Women's Federation on its successful election. She expressed her hope that the new leadership of the Women's Federation would unite and serve Yueqing's entrepreneurial women, demonstrate their responsibilities, and contribute the wisdom and strength of "half the sky" to Yueqing's high-quality development.
Gu Liwen, Vice Chairman and Party Member of the Yueqing Federation of Industry and Commerce, noted in his speech that today's conference was rich in content, packed with a tight agenda, and yielded fruitful results, successfully completing all assigned tasks. First, on behalf of the Yueqing Federation of Industry and Commerce, I extend warm congratulations on the successful convening of the conference, the newly elected board members, and the commended groups and individuals. Over the past year, the members of the Yueqing Innovation Association have established themselves in Yueqing, firmly established themselves in industry, and pioneered innovation. They have demonstrated the energy and commitment of young entrepreneurs in their respective fields, making positive contributions to Yueqing's economic and social development. I would like to take this opportunity to share three hopes: First, uphold the Party's leadership and strengthen our ideological foundation. Currently, a key political task for the Federation of Industry and Commerce and various business associations is to organize special study sessions and publicize the "Law on Promoting the Private Economy," carefully studying and grasping the core essence and substance of the General Secretary's important speech, and promptly conveying his care and concern to every private enterprise and every private entrepreneur. Second, focus on the overall situation and demonstrate responsibility. I hope everyone will seize new development opportunities, firmly grasp the initiative in development, and make positive contributions to stabilizing the macroeconomic situation and the overall social situation. We must build a new type of clean and friendly government-business relationship, adhere to the legal bottom line, and insist on honesty, law-abidingness, fair competition, and compliant operations to expand and strengthen enterprises, improve and refine products, and play a more important role in building harmonious labor relations, promoting employment, caring for employees, and paying taxes in accordance with the law, thereby establishing a good social image for the association and enterprises. Third, we must strengthen our own development and stimulate development vitality. We must strengthen the construction of the association's board of directors, continuously improve the association's system construction, standardize daily management, and effectively play the role of the association in gathering strength, mutual assistance, mutual benefit, common development, and contributing to society. We must also play a good role as a bridge and link between the government and enterprises, and practice and promote the "two health" culture.
The new era brings a new mission, and the new journey calls for new responsibilities. Yueqing's high-quality development cannot be achieved without the strong support and full participation of the private sector. Going forward, the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce will continue to care for and support the growth and development of the Yueqing Innovation Association. We believe that with everyone's joint efforts, the Yueqing Innovation Association will continue to flourish, contributing further to the development of "The Most Beautiful City, Happy Yueqing" and writing a new chapter in the history of Chinese-style modernization in Yueqing.
He Wenjun, Vice Chairman of the Yueqing Municipal CPPCC, also delivered an enthusiastic speech at the meeting, fully affirming the important role of the Yueqing Entrepreneurs Association's young entrepreneurs in Yueqing's economic and social development. He encouraged everyone to continue to carry forward the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship and contribute their youthful wisdom and strength to Yueqing's high-quality development. Regarding the future work of the Yueqing Innovation Association, based on the arrangements outlined in President Lin Rizhen's report and the expectations of the Municipal CPPCC, I would like to offer a few hopes: First, focus on the "main engine" and demonstrate greater contribution to overall development. Second, deepen the "main battlefield" and achieve greater breakthroughs in empowering member growth. Third, open up the "main channels" and play a greater role in optimizing the business environment. Fourth, promote the "main theme" and establish a better image in leading a new and positive trend. The Yueqing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government attach great importance to youth innovation and entrepreneurship and will always be your strongest support. The Municipal CPPCC will continue to care for and support the development of the Yueqing Innovation Association, helping you solve problems and build bridges. "The wind is strong, and it's time to forge ahead!" Today, Yueqing needs passionate and innovative young people more than ever.
