Upholding safety standards and demonstrating professional responsibility – Znfo Electric's 3C certification recertification review is proceeding in an orderly manner
To effectively ensure the quality and safety of industrial control electrical switch products and strengthen the safety line of market access, on January 9th, the Fangyuan Certification Center audit team conducted a comprehensive and rigorous annual review of our company's two core product categories: limit switches and AC contactors. With a professional and meticulous attitude, the staff completed the entire process of verification, from reviewing technical documents to on-site sampling and testing, ensuring that the products continue to comply with national mandatory certification standards.
From the outset of the review process, the technical document review stage commenced. The working group rigorously verified each page of the quality manual, type test report, and key component procurement records submitted by the company, adhering strictly to the "Implementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification." Special attention was paid to verifying the operating stroke and Contact resistance parameters oflimit switches, as well as the temperature rise limits and dielectric strength indicators of AC contactors, ensuring complete consistency between the data recorded in the documents and the product registration information.
During the on-site production inspection phase, the working group went directly to the company's production line and finished product warehouse, employing a "random sampling, on-site verification" approach. On the production line, staff carefully inspected product markings, confirming that the location and specifications of the 3C certification mark met regulations. They also verified that the product structure matched the filed drawings, strictly preventing violations such as shoddy workmanship and unauthorized design changes. For Limit Switches, staff simulated industrial conditions, testing their sensitivity and durability at different frequencies. For AC contactors, they used specialized instruments to test whether the engagement and disengagement voltages met standards.
Subsequently, the sampled products were sent to a professional testing laboratory for rigorous full-performance testing. In a high and low temperature alternating test chamber, the samples underwent temperature cycling from -40℃ to 85℃ to verify their environmental adaptability. Under damp heat test conditions, staff continuously monitored changes in the product's insulation performance. For the mechanical and electrical life tests of the AC contactors, staff were on-site throughout the process, recording the operational status of each engagement and disengagement to ensure the products met the durability standard of millions of cycles.
"The 3C certification review is not a simple 're-examination,' but a continuous monitoring of the product's safety performance throughout its entire lifecycle," said the head of the review working group. During this review, staff not only strictly enforced standards and identified potential hazards, but also proactively provided technical guidance to companies, helping them improve their quality management systems and establish control ledgers for key processes.
The 3C certification recertification review for limit switches and AC contactors is nearing completion. The 10-hour intensive review not only effectively identified potential safety risks but also urged companies to strengthen their awareness of their primary responsibility for quality, thus safeguarding the high-quality development of the industrial electrical sector.
