WL Limit Switch(ZNFO Special Series)
Advantage
Working principle and structure
The working principle of the WL limit switch is based on a mechanical trigger mechanism. When the detected object reaches the preset position, the mechanical structure in the switch is acted upon by an external force, the contact is triggered, and a switch signal is generated. This signal can be used to start, stop or reverse the motor, and can also be used in other control loops to ensure that the equipment operates according to the set logic.
Common types and characteristics
WL limit switches are available in two types: contact and non-contact. Contact limit switches use the collision between mechanical contacts and blocks to switch the circuit on and off; non-contact limit switches include reed switches, photoelectric switches, inductive switches, etc., which are commonly used in equipment such as elevators. These types have the characteristics of high environmental resistance, high durability and high recognition, and can adapt to various complex production needs and environmental conditions.
