ZNFO Transcender series AC contactor

ZHC series AC contactor (hereinafter referred to as the contactor)is mainly used in the circuits with the frequency of AC 50Hz or 60Hz,the voltage of up to 690V,and the rated working current of up to 95A under the use categories of AC-3 and 400(380)V for connecting and breaking circuits remotely,frequently starting and controlling AC motors,and working with the appropriate thermal relay to form the electromagnetic starter to protect the circuits that may be overloaded.

    09A-95Aadopts  the  number  of  auxiliarycontacts,while   115A-800A   adopts   the  number  of  poles.

    10means  three  normally  open  main  contacts  and  one  normally  openauxiliary  contact(32Aand  below);

    01  mcans  three  normally  openmain  contacts  and  one  normally  closed  auxiliary  contact(32Aand  below);

    11  means  three  normally  open  main  contacts,one  normallyopenauxiliary  contact  and  one  mormally  elosed  auxiliary  contact(40Aand  above).

    Normal working conditions and installation conditions

    □The ambient air temperature should be -5℃ ~+40℃, with the average temperature of no higher than +35℃ within 24 hours.
    □Altitude: not higher than 2000m;
    □Atmospheric conditions: when the highest temperature is +40℃, the relative humidity of the air should not be higher than 50%; A higher relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature, such as 90% under 20℃ .Special measures should be taken for occasional condensation due to temperature change;
    □Pollution level:level 3:
    □Installation category: category III:
    □Installation condition: the inclination between the installation surface and the vertical plane should not exceed ±5°；
    □Impact vibration: the product should be installed and used in a place without obvious shaking, impact and vibration.
